Liz Blush serves as the Business Service Manager at Year Up, leading the hybrid delivery strategy and collaborating on the LMS roadmap and hybrid-ready classroom initiative. Prior roles at Year Up include Director of Training Platforms and System Products, where Liz developed a comprehensive LMS strategy to enhance operational efficiency, and Learning Coach, supporting students in a partnership with Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to Year Up, Liz held various positions at the University of Phoenix, such as Faculty Member, Director of Faculty Training & Development, Senior Academic Training Manager, and Faculty Trainer, focusing on faculty training and student engagement. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
