David Frederick is an experienced professional in donor and corporate partner engagement, currently serving as the Associate Director of Donor and Corporate Partner Engagement at Year Up since May 2022. In this role, David manages various projects within Revenue Operations, focusing on development communications, corporate engagement, strategic event planning, and donor stewardship initiatives. In addition to this role, David is the President of Repiblik, a media company founded in 2023 that aims to engage the Haitian diaspora through culturally relevant content. David's extensive background includes leadership positions at Audastio, American Airlines, and AT&T, along with experience as a community organizer and author. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College, an Associate of Arts in International Relations, and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at Lynn University.
