Alla Kolesnikova has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2018, they started working at Emerging Travel Group as an Incident Resolution Agent, a role they held until July 2019. From July 2019 to July 2020, they worked in the HR Operations Department at the same company. In 2020, Alla joined TSUM Moscow as a Customer Support Manager and worked there until February 2021. Currently, they are working at YCLIENTS.COM in the HR department, starting in February 2021.
Alla Kolesnikova completed their Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication at Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (PSLU) in the years 2012 to 2016. Alla then pursued a Master's degree in Modern Philology at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" from 2016 to 2018. Simultaneously, during the same period, they also studied Business Communications at Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (PSLU), where they obtained their Master's degree.
