Cleo Sham is a seasoned angel investor and advisor with extensive experience across multiple sectors, notably in technology and finance. Currently serving as an angel investor and advisor at Yassir, a leading superapp in French-speaking Africa, Cleo also holds a venture partner position at Stride.VC, focusing on early-stage investments and board roles in enterprises. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Spotahome, Director of Operations for EMEA and China at Uber, and a proprietary trader at Merrill Lynch. Cleo co-founded NinjaRooms and NatSent, and began a career in consulting at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Rice University, among other qualifications.
