Aaron Frankel

Lead Mechanical Engineer at Yaskawa Motoman

Aaron Frankel has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Aaron started their career at Caran Precision Engineering & Mfg. Corp. in 2007 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they designed fixtures, wrote procedures, and identified and implemented corrective actions for manufacturing processes until 2010. Aaron then joined Trinity Automation / Trinity Robotics Automation as a Mechanical Engineer in 2011, where they conceptualized and developed mechanical solutions for projects, collaborated with the sales department, and interacted with customers throughout the project lifecycle until 2015. In 2015, Aaron joined Yaskawa Motoman as a Project Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Project Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for planning departmental resources, overseeing cross-training and technical development of department personnel, designing and testing various products and automation systems, and ensuring projects were completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

Aaron Frankel attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics.
