Nancy Flowers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nancy started their career at Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division in 2010 as a Payroll Administrator, where they processed payroll and ensured its accuracy. Nancy then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and finally Human Resources Manager. In 2016, Nancy joined Learning Resources as a Human Resources Manager. Nancy'sexperience spans over a decade and covers various aspects of HR management.

Nancy Flowers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Nancy also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, completing it in 2010. Prior to their post-secondary education, Nancy attended Zion Benton Township High School. Additionally, Nancy has obtained the certifications of SHRM-SCP from the SHRM institution in September 2015 and Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
