Siva Kumar Pothuraju is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager - Human Resources at Yashoda Hospitals since April 2024, Siva previously held the position of Unit Head - HR at CARE Hospitals from January 2019 to February 2024 and at Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd from April 2013 to January 2019. Early in the career, Siva worked as Senior Officer - HR at BIOPIL (Biotechnology & Life Sciences Division), focusing on recruitment across various departments, and as Officer - HR at Vimta Labs Ltd, responsible for recruitment in multiple core divisions.
