Bridie Fennessy serves as the General Manager of Distribution Services at Yarra Valley Water, where previous roles included Divisional Manager of Service Response and Manager of Case Management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Public Transport Victoria as the Voice of Customer - Lead and at the Public Transport Ombudsman as Policy Manager. Bridie has also held the role of Conciliation Manager at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) and has engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution roles. Bridie Fennessy holds a degree from Monash University and completed a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship in Ethical Leadership at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership from January to November 2023.
