Ashley McDermott serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at yardnique, Inc. since May 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from a variety of roles in human resources across multiple organizations. Prior experience includes several positions at Pentair from October 2014 to May 2022, such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ashley also worked as a Corporate Recruiter/Team Lead at ShopperLocal from July 2013 to October 2014. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from East Carolina University, completing the degree in 2013.
