Amber Sullivan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operations management. Amber is currently serving as the Head of HR at Yardbird since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner - Consultant at Metropolitan Transportation Network from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of HR/Operations Manager at Creatis from 2017 to 2020. Amber also served as the Director at Lemon Water Holdings, LLC from 2009 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Kendall Howard from 2007 to 2009, as an Assistant Manager at Kid's Hair from 2006 to 2007, as an Office Manager at Realty Guild from 2004 to 2006, and as a Service Coordinator at New Brighton Ford from 2003 to 2005.

Amber Sullivan attended the Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology from 2004 to 2006. Amber successfully obtained their License as a Cosmetologist during this time.
