Johan Labby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as EVP Global Plants and Operational Excellence at Yara International since January 2018. Prior to this role, Johan Labby held various positions at Yara International, including Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager, and served as Turnaround Manager for an ammonia and urea plant from January 2008 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Johan Labby worked at Kemira Growhow as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included conception and design. Johan Labby also worked as Area Manager at Metubel. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Haute Ecole en Hainaut and IWE/EWE certification from the Belgisch Instituut voor lastechniek.
