Henrik Aarstad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and sourcing within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Phosphate Sourcing at Yara International since September 2015, Henrik has also held positions including Director of Strategy and Project Manager for Strategy within the same organization. Prior to joining Yara, Henrik worked at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2010 to September 2015 as a Project Leader and served as a Summer Associate in 2008. Early career experience includes a role as a Researcher at SINTEF during the GassMat project. Henrik holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed an exchange program at ETH Zürich.
