Arve Jordal currently serves as the Vice President of HESQ & Operational Excellence Europe at Yara International, a position held since September 2017, and also fulfills the roles of Head of HESQ Production and Global Change Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Yara Glomfjord from August 2012 to February 2018, Production Manager at Yara Norge AS - Glomfjord from April 2008 to August 2012, Senior Process Engineer at Yara Norge AS - Porsgrunn from October 2006 to April 2008, Senior Engineer at Yara Global Plants in Russia from August 2005 to October 2006, and Process Engineer at Yara Norge AS - Glomfjord from September 2002 to August 2005. Arve Jordal is an alumnus of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
