Kamala Aghayeva has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Management Department at Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC since November 2008. Prior roles at the same organization include Deputy Manager of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Specialist. Before joining Yapi Kredi Bank, Kamala Aghayeva worked as an HR Specialist at Nobel Oil Ltd from June 2005 to November 2008. Kamala Aghayeva holds a degree from Khazar University.
