Shantanu Sharma has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. since May 2022. Previously, Shantanu worked as a Human Resources Officer at Ericsson from July 2019 to May 2022, and completed an internship as an HR Learning and Development Consultant at Bharat Electronics Limited Ghaziabad in mid-2018. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Crystal Palace Hotel And Banquet in 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Finance from Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, both attained in 2019, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from IITM Janakpuri New Delhi, completed in 2016. Early education includes completion of 10+2 from Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Vasundhara in 2013.
