Tami McCumons, FACHE, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of ITS Training & PMO at Yale New Haven Health since May 2015, following a role as Sr. Program Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Tami held the position of Director of Ambulatory Operations at Yale New Haven Hospital from November 2013 to May 2015 and served as System Director of Implementation at Yale New Haven Health System. Tami’s earlier experience includes over a decade at Greenwich Hospital as Director of Operations and roles at Advocate Medical Group and Allina Health. Tami holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Albion College, along with completion of the Executive Education Program in Strategic Agility & Innovation at Yale School of Management.
