Lauren Junge-Maughan

Lauren Junge-Maughan, MPH, PMP, currently serves as the Family Bridge Program Director at Yale New Haven Health, leading the Universal Nurse Home Visiting - Community Health Worker Program since August 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager in Primary Care Administration at Nuvance Health, Program Manager for Project ECHO-Care Transitions at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Program Coordinator at Harvard Medical School. Earlier in professional experience, Lauren held positions as Clinical Research On-Call Coordinator and Clinical Subject Coordinator at the University of Michigan Health System. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Public Health in Leadership from Georgia Southern University, a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Management and Policy from East Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science, with concentrations in Health Science and History, from Michigan State University.
