Christy Trotter is Corporate Executive Officer at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. As the former CFO, she spent most of her professional career at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, refining her skills, cultivating a command of budgetary opportunities, and sharing her expertise across the company. Trotter began her career here in 1994 as a senior financial analyst and has risen through the ranks of controller, VP of Finance, CFO, and finally CEO.

Trotter’s early tenure with YVFWC was spent educating patients on the value of a basic health plan. Over the years, her department enrolled over 20,000 patients, and that experience prepared her for our industry’s seismic shift to the Affordable Care Act in 2010. She credits hard work, a tremendous work ethic, and a wonderful mentor in former CFO Peter Toop for her success.
