Gloria Rodriguez has a diverse and extensive work history in the healthcare industry. Gloria began their career in 1996 as the CEO of the Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers, where they were responsible for advocating for legislative policies, improving healthcare systems, and developing programs to increase access to affordable healthcare. In 2005, they became the CEO of the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County, where they continued their advocacy work and collaborated with local, state, and federal officials. In 2010, Gloria started their own consulting firm, specializing in healthcare management consulting for Federally Qualified Health Centers and small group practices. Gloria provided strategic planning, prepared practices for federal audits, and offered various other services. In 2016, Gloria joined Yakima Neighborhood Health Services as the Development Director. Overall, Gloria Rodriguez has a strong background in healthcare management, advocacy, and strategic planning.

Gloria Rodriguez holds a Master's of Public Health degree from the University of Washington, where they specialized in Health Services Administration & Public Policy.
