Hallyn Wickersham

Virtual Sommelier at Yahyn

Hallyn Wickersham has substantial experience in the wine and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Virtual Sommelier at Yahyn since October 2020. Previously, Wickersham held the position of Director of Events at Grapes & Grains from November 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Sommelier at Bacchanalia for a brief period in 2021. Roles also included Wine Director and Sommelier at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse from November 2019 to October 2020, and a Server at Bottega Dining Room from August 2017 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Wine Blending Class Instructor and Wine Room Attendant at Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, where an educational wine program was developed, along with a role as Job Coach focusing on team training and conflict resolution, and as a Restaurant Server exceeding AAA Four Diamond service standards.
