Chong Hsu'sroles have encompassed various aspects, from marketing to sales, business development, and strategic management. Liu has led global teams, managed supplier relationships, developed new business initiatives, and contributed to the success of multiple organizations in the semiconductor sector.

Chong Hsu Liu earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1990, followed by a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 1992.
