Robert Willoughby serves as the Executive Vice President at YAGEO Group, leading the MLCC Product Business Group for YAGEO and KEMET. With extensive experience at KEMET Electronics Corporation since March 2004, Robert has held various senior roles, including Executive Vice President of the Solid Capacitor Business Group and the Ceramic Business Group, as well as Senior Vice President overseeing global supply chain operations. Robert's responsibilities have spanned procurement, logistics, and manufacturing across multiple business groups, ensuring high-quality production of diverse capacitor types in various global locations. Prior to these roles, Robert held positions focusing on process engineering and operations management at KEMET. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
