Ernst-Jan Pastoor has extensive experience in recruitment and consultancy, currently serving as Programmamanager at Yacht since May 2021, overseeing inhouse services and managing consultants for UMCG, various municipalities, and educational institutions. Previously, Ernst-Jan worked as a Principal Consultant On Site for UMCG through Yacht, and held the role of Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright from December 2020 to May 2021. From December 2014 to November 2020, Ernst-Jan contributed as a Trainer and Senior Recruitment Consultant IT at Yacht, facilitating the onboarding of new consultants and recruiting IT professionals in the North-East region. Earlier roles include Interim Recruitment and Sales at Hotels.nl and Team Leader at JouwICTvacature.nl, as well as experience as Chairman at JSV SISSA and as an Account Manager for NationaleVacaturebank.nl at VNU Media. Ernst-Jan holds a degree from the University of Groningen, completed in 2008.
