Henry Lin is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Analytics at Ya Ya Creations, Inc., since April 2021, Henry manages two distribution centers and oversees fulfillment and cost management for a team of 130 warehouse associates. Previously, Henry held leadership roles in supply chain analytics at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., and Fragrant Jewels, where significant contributions included the implementation of warehouse management systems and cost-saving initiatives. Henry's early career included various positions at Beachbody, focusing on supply chain cost analysis and operational performance metrics. Henry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from UC San Diego.
