Milan Schwarz is an experienced Agile Coach at Y Soft since March 2016, focused on enabling continuous improvement in product development through coaching and collaboration. Milan's background includes roles such as Scrum Master, where the transition from component teams to over 13 teams utilizing the LeSS scaling framework was achieved, and Engineering Tech Lead, responsible for design and architecture decisions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Product for Speech Analytics at Phonexia, IT Architect for a project involving the Czech Republic Army's information system, and various programming roles in organizations such as AURA, SYSTEK, Home Credit International, TietoEnator, and Speech Group Brno. Milan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Silesian University in Opava.
