Venessa Ng is an experienced professional specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, currently leading the ESG practice at TPG Asia through Y Analytics since December 2021. Prior to this role, Venessa served as an ESG Associate at TPG and worked as a Consultant at ERM, focusing on Environmental Impact Assessments, Corporate Sustainability, and Climate Risk Management. Venessa has a diverse background that includes founding and leading innovative sustainability workshops at YSI SEA, interning in sustainability roles at DBS Bank and Paia Consulting, and directing a learning expedition project in Sichuan, China, through the NUS Study Trips for Engagement and EnRichment programme. Venessa's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the National University of Singapore and participation in Tembusu College.
