Laura Dishman is a seasoned professional in the financial sector, currently serving as the Manager of Card Services at Y-12 Federal Credit Union since October 2017. Prior roles at Y-12 include Senior Payment Solutions Specialist, Payment Solutions Specialist, Call Center Agent, and Member Service Consultant. Prior to joining Y-12, Laura gained experience as a Food Server at Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza from September 2013 to October 2017. Laura is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Middle Tennessee State University, projected to be completed in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from King University, obtained in 2021, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies from Roane State Community College, earned in 2016.
