François M.

François M. has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. François began as a Senior Lecturer at Sciences Po, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Université Paris Dauphine, and ILERI. In 2017, they joined MEDEF International as a Steering Committee Member of the "Digital Task Force". In 2018, they became a Senior Lecturer at Sciences Po Executive Education, and in 2020 they joined Harvard Business Review France as a Chroniqueur - Expert. In 2021, they became Co-Founder, Vice-President, and Board Member at Défense Angels, and in 2022 they joined XXII as VP Public Affairs & Strategic Partnerships and Snowpack as an Investor.

François M. has a diverse educational background. In 2019-2020, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management's Corporate Innovation Executive Education Program. François then attended the École de Guerre in 2018-2019 and earned the Auditeur civil (Terre) degree. Prior to that, they attended EDHEC Business School's MBA Program "Criminal Risk Management", ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration's Specialized Master degree in "Risk Management", CY Tech's Specialized Master degree in "Risk Management", Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II)'s Master's degree (MA) in Public Law "Security & Defense", Institut catholique de Paris's Master's degree (M.A.) "Geopolitics and international security", HEIP's Master of Arts (M.A.) in International relations, and University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology's Preparatory class for the entrance exam of the Institute of Political Studies / Sciences Po majoring in Theirtory. Additionally, they attended Lycée Henri Wallon de Valenciennes in 2004-2005 and earned the Classe préparatoire PCSI degree. François M. also has several certifications, including the 20ème promotion du CHEDE from the Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique - IGPDE (2022), the Lauréat du Top 100 des Leaders économiques de demain from the Institut Choiseul (2021), the 43rd Symposium - Leaders of Tomorrow Alumni from the St. Gallen Symposium (2013), the 1st Young Seminar of INHESJ from the French National Institute for Advanced Studies in Security (INHESJ) (2011), and the 62nd Young Seminar of IHEDN from the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN) (2009).
