Leon Leviner is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in research and development within the software and financial sectors. Currently serving as VP R&D at Xverum LLC, Leon co-founded and mentors a community of over 400 tech leaders in Israel, including VPs and CTOs. Previous roles include VP Engineering at Capitolis, where Leon contributed to optimizing financial resources for capital markets, and CTO & VP R&D at REACH, focusing on merging video conferencing with document collaboration through advanced AI technologies. Leon has also held significant positions at Conduit - Perion, including R&D Director, and was instrumental in leading tech innovation, acquisition due diligence, and new product development. As a co-founder of iAlgos and MagiGuide, Leon played key roles in developing trading platforms and algorithms. Leon's educational background includes a Master of Science in High Temperature Superconductivity from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Gubkin Russian State University.
