Raphaël Lescot is a professional in the trading sector with current employment at XTX Markets as a trader since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role in electronic trading at Morgan Stanley from August 2019 to November 2022, focusing on the eFX market making desk. Earlier experience encompasses a research internship at Qube Research & Technologies in the former Systematic Market-Making Group of Credit Suisse, as well as a data science internship at AXA. Leadership training was completed at Gendarmerie Nationale. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Mathematical and Computational Finance from the University of Oxford and an Engineering Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from École Polytechnique.
