Irfan Hakim serves as an HR - Legal Executive at Xtremax since April 2022, focusing on industrial relations policies, labor obligations management, and representing the company in labor disputes. Concurrently, Irfan holds the position of Advocate at PERADI. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Legal Staff at PT Dirgantara Yudha Artha, where responsibilities involved drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and providing legal opinions. Irfan also worked as a Legal and Business Liaison Officer at Braga Technologies, Legal Staff at PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Bandung, and Junior Associate at Nursantiyo Prasetiyo Law Office, engaging in various legal tasks ranging from contract management to litigation support. Irfan is pursuing a Master of Laws in Business Law at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bandung Islamic University.
