Olivier Lavigne has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Olivier started as a Sergeant at Gardium Sécurité in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Afterwards, they worked as a Truck Driver at SN Transport from 2012 to 2013, and then at Bernieres Transport from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Les Transports Inter-Nord as a Truck Driver for a short period of time. Since 2014, Olivier has been working at XTL Transport Inc. where they have held various roles including Truck Driver, Dispatcher, Operations Lead, and currently as the Director of Operations since December 2020.

Olivier Lavigne attended école d'éducation internationale de Laval from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a High School Diploma.
