Ralph Nero is a professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently holding the position of Custom Success Operation at PureFacts Financial Solutions since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph has been involved with Xtiva Financial Systems as IT Operations Production Support since March 2014. Previous experience includes positions in Data Center Operations at Cartus from June 2009 to February 2014 and Production Services at Swiss Re from December 1999 to November 2008.
