Charles A. Fraefel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and management. As the Gründer and CEO of xtendx AG since January 2003, Charles has led the development of innovative Video Publishing Applications, specifically the Simplex Media Suite, aimed at enhancing multimedia and streaming management for enterprises. Prior to this role, Charles served as Managing Director of divine, overseeing Swiss operations, and held the position of VP EMEA at Viador Inc., where global expansion efforts were initiated. Additionally, Charles was Managing Director at Platinum Technology, responsible for restructuring the Swiss organization, and began a notable career as Key Account Manager at CA Technologies. Charles holds a Dipl. Kaufmann from KV Bern and another Dipl. Kaufmann in sales, marketing, and distribution from Kaufmännische Berufsschule Bern.
