Marta Gil Lopesino is a skilled design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at XTEL since January 2023, Marta assists in shaping the UX strategy and enhancing design maturity within Kantar XTEL, facilitating workshops, managing the design process, and creating high-fidelity prototypes. Previous roles include Product Designer at R. Franco Digital, where new functionalities were designed for B2B and B2C products, and positions at Luckia as Visual Designer and CODERE as UI Designer, focusing on user interface design for betting terminals. Marta also has experience in graphic and web design at Toys“R”Us Iberia, and communication design during an internship at Vodafone. Involvement in the gymnastics community includes serving as a National Judge and National Coach. Marta holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
