Esther Schouten is an experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Project Lead at Kantar XTEL since January 2020, Esther has held various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Esther worked at Deloitte from October 2017 to December 2019 as Senior Auditor and Junior Auditor. Esther's career began with an internship at LUON in early 2017. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven, an Extended Master in Business Administration from the University of Valencia, and a summer course in Fashion, Forecasting, Buying, and Marketing from Amsterdam Fashion Academy.
