Ritwik Sengupta is an experienced professional currently serving as a Market Development Specialist for North India at XSEED Education since July 2024. Prior to this, Ritwik held the position of Academic Partnerships Manager at Suraasa from July 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included connecting with progressive schools to enhance pedagogical practices. Ritwik's entrepreneurial experience includes serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Edoofa.com, focusing on program initiation and alignment with strategic objectives from November 2021 to July 2023. As a Partner at Dominant Ventures LLP from September 2017 to October 2021, Ritwik managed MIRA and EVODA water brands and oversaw cost-effective operations. Previous roles include graduate engineering trainee positions at SMS Groupā„¢ and Larsen & Toubro, and internships at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. and NTPC. Ritwik holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
