Amy Salinas is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Generalist currently working at XRI since September 2023. Previously, Amy held the same title at NexTier Oilfield Solutions/C&J Energy Services from January 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, Amy worked at Nabors Industries as an Office Facilities Manager, where responsibilities included managing office staff and overseeing HR functions such as new employee onboarding and payroll. Early in the career, Amy served as a District Clerk at BJ Services and as a Payroll Administrator at National Oilwell Varco, focusing on payroll data entry and onboarding processes. Amy holds Associate of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from Odessa College.
