Mia Gabbai is a seasoned Talent Consultant with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Since June 2015, Mia has been with Extreme Reach, where expertise in talent consulting has been honed. Prior to this, Mia worked as a Talent Consultant at Talent Partners from July 2014 to June 2015. A significant portion of Mia's career was spent at Innovative Artists, starting in October 2007, where various roles included Senior Business Affairs Manager, Business Affairs Manager, Business Affairs Coordinator, and Business Affairs Assistant. Early experience includes a brief stint as a Production Assistant for America's Got Talent in July 2006 and internships at United Talent Agency in May 2005 and July 2004. Mia holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Art History from the University of Michigan.
