Pam Brooks, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on HR management and consulting in the Oil and Gas industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at XPT Specialty, LP Risk, Inc., and M.D. Jensvold & Company, Pam manages HR services including compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Previously, Pam was President of Brooks LLC, providing independent HR consulting, and held roles in sales and human resources at Cameron and Greene, Tweed & Co. Education includes studies at Sam Houston State University and North Harris County College.
