Maureen Gillen has extensive experience in operations and underwriting within the insurance and hospitality industries. Currently serving at XPT since November 2020, Maureen previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at RBTguard, a program of MGAguard, from May 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Maureen was the Vice President of Operations for the Hospitality Division at CTS Underwriters, LLC from July 2018 to May 2019, and served as Vice President of Underwriting Operations at Patriot National Hospitality from August 2015 to July 2018. Maureen began a career in underwriting operations at Rca Insurance Group, where the role of Underwriting Operations Manager was held from September 2000 to August 2015. Maureen earned a B.S. degree from Montclair State University.
