Tony Rich MCIPS MInstLM serves as the Head of Property, Facilities and Procurement at XPS Pensions Group, bringing extensive experience in procurement and category strategy. Previously, Tony held positions as Category Strategy Leader and Senior Procurement Manager at Pfizer Inc., as well as Senior Procurement Manager at John Laing Construction/Laing Group.
