Christian Ellul serves as the General Counsel at Xprizoâ„¢ since June 2023 and operates as a lawyer and advisor for a select group of clients since January 2020. As a co-founder and Of Counsel at E&S Group since July 2010, Christian plays a vital role in offering corporate and consultancy services aimed primarily at non-residents of Malta. Christian co-founded the ESTS Initiative and was a founding partner at E&S Law, providing specialized legal, tax, and advisory services to international businesses. With a rich background in tax law and corporate services, Christian also established Christian Ellul & Associates, a boutique law firm, and served as Director at FIDES Corporate Services Limited, delivering various services to non-resident clients. Christian's educational credentials include an LL.M. in International Taxation from Leiden University and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Malta.
