Julia Gassiot has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently a Product Owner at Xpressdocs since October 2018, Julia has previously held positions such as Account Support Specialist and CSR. Prior to Xpressdocs, Julia was the Petshotel Managing Leader at PetSmart, where quick adaptation to a high-pressure environment was essential. Julia began a career at Ulta Beauty as a Prestige Beauty Advisor before being promoted to Merchandise Service Coordinator. Additionally, Julia's experience at Lonehollow included guiding campers and event planning. Julia holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College, completed in 2021.
