Jeff Starkey is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in both practical and educational roles. Currently serving as Lead Technician at XPO since March 2023, Starkey also owns Starkey Automotive and Truck Repair since May 2021. Prior roles include Automotive Instructor at Buckeye Community School and Associate Professor of Automotive-Diesel Technology at Washington State Community College. Starkey's career began as a Diesel Technician at Kirk NationaLease, followed by Senior Mechanic/Shift Lead at Con-Way Freight. Starkey holds a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University, along with certifications in Diesel Engine and Tractor-Trailer Maintenance and as a Certified Technician from Automotive Service Excellence. Additional training includes Quality Matters certification and completion of a program with Daimler Trucks North America.
