Marcio Souza dos Santos is an experienced System Administrator with a comprehensive background in IT infrastructure management and support. Currently employed at Xplor since September 2021, Marcio oversees the PCI DSS audit and participates in the M365 tenant migration project. Previously, at PerfectMind from May 2019 to August 2022, Marcio managed both on-prem and cloud environments, providing extensive support to users across several countries and maintaining a wide range of Microsoft services. Earlier experience includes roles at PROTESTE Brasil, focusing on team development and operational support, and at Inforest Informática Ltda, where Marcio led service desk teams and managed IT projects. Marcio holds a Pós Graduação in Information Security and a degree from Centro Universitário da Cidade.
