Anusha Umashankar has extensive experience in HR Operations, currently working at Xperi Corporation since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing HR activities for the APAC and EMEA regions. Previously, Anusha served as Manager of People Solutions at Altisource from December 2016 to June 2022, managing the entire employee lifecycle and HR operations for the Technology division. Anusha's career also includes roles as Lead - HR at Mindteck, where responsibilities spanned global payroll management and employee engagement, and as Senior Executive - HRBP at ISGN, focusing on payroll, employee engagement, and compliance. Earlier experience includes a role at Accenture, handling employee queries and conducting surveys. Anusha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from RBANMS FG College.
