Amaha Tsegaye is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the IT and federal markets. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Xpect Solutions, Inc., Amaha leads initiatives aimed at developing platforms to support law enforcement through a partnership with NewSpring Holdings. Previous roles include Operations Executive at NewSpring, Senior Vice President at Paradyme Management Inc., and Vice President at ECS, where responsibilities included managing IT mission support for the Justice Business Unit. Additionally, Amaha has held the position of Director of Client Operations at DHA Group, Inc., overseeing federal IT contracts' execution and profitability. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Account Manager and IT Recruiter at TEKsystems and Worldspace Inc., respectively. Amaha holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
