Fernando Lugo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HRBP Manager for LATAM at xpd global since March 2019, Fernando leads the HRBP team and strategy across fifteen countries, implementing initiatives from the head office while enhancing HR capabilities at the country level. Prior to this role, Fernando contributed to DB Schenker as an HRBP and Organizational Development Specialist, focusing on talent assessment and internal development. Earlier experience includes a sales support role at xpd global and a traineeship with Consejo Ciudadano de Procuración de Justicia de la CDMX, where Fernando assisted vulnerable populations.
