Dora Chang serves as the North America Head of Ocean CX and Performance and Sourcing Capabilities Director at xpd global, a role held since September 2011, where the focus is on leveraging 20 years of logistics and transportation experience to enhance sourcing capabilities and team performance through the adoption of new trends and technologies. Prior to this, from September 2007 to March 2011, Dora held the position of Agents & Import Pricing Manager at Europartners, leading the development of an Import Pricing area and establishing service policies for business partners while providing personalized support. Educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 2006 and 2011.
